Job Description
- Serves as the principle IT Specialist supporting a government client for the Public Key Infrastructures (PKI) program across 46 physical locations throughout the United States.
- Coordinates with other government stakeholders to ensure compliance with IT governance, software configuration, and program updates to each location within the program.
- In this capacity, the IT Specialist will work with the Project Manager and corporate shared services to promote communication across the team and company and ensure IT best practices are implemented.
- Coordinates with corporate resources to ensure that quality standards are being met.
- Some specific duties include:
- Serves as the Subject Matter Expert for technical knowledge required for effective system deployment.
- Regularly prepares and delivers presentations and briefings as required.
- Provides integration, analysis, design, development, documentation, and implementation assistance to program leadership.
- Supports the training of team members with Database Management to ensure they understand the process and concept for all deliverables.
- Supports HSPD-12 enrollments and activations of SmartID cards; troubleshoots LAK/LCS related to hardware and software issues.

Qualifications
- 5 years’ IT support experience focusing on end-user software support, database management, software deployment, software, and hardware troubleshooting required.
- Experience with Microsoft office and GSA scheduling tool preferred.
- Able to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of clients and team members.
- Able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Display organizational skills.
Education Level:
- 2 years of college education required, college degree preferred
Clearance Requirement:
- Must be a US Citezen
- Must have an Active Public Trust clearance OR the ability to obtain one
