Description
As a member of the Operational Readiness and Business Support team, the Business Support Manager II will provide business support across all areas of Business Banking Operations. Specific areas of focus include governance, testing & control, communications, and colleague engagement.
This individual will interact with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization and must have excellent oral and written communication skills. With a strong attention to detail, the candidate must be able to work independently with the ability drive actions from concept to implementation with minimal oversight.
Primary responsibilities include:
Risk management and governance support activities
- Colleague communications, training and engagement
- General business support
Qualifications
Experience:
5 years of relevant business experience
- Highly motivated and team-oriented
- Ability to actively and successfully engage with business partners, legal counsel, third party vendors, and other stakeholders
- Must be highly experienced with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, & SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive environment
- Ability to effectively manage a pipeline of tasks, independently prioritizing activities with minimal supervision
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
Education:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Hours and Work Schedule:
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F 8-5
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
