What you'll do:
- Work closely with new and existing customers to understand their financial needs and deepen relationships
- Recommend financial solutions to satisfy spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs
- Help customers use online, mobile and ATM banking
- Acquire new customers through outbound calling and in-branch prospecting
- Collaborate with your partners in Wealth, Mortgage and Business Banking to help customers with more complex financial needs
- Provide additional Teller support for customer transactions
- Contact customers to schedule time to discuss their personal financial goals
- Help customers fit banking into their everyday lives
- Comply with all financial policies and procedures, state and local laws and regulations
- Work together with branch colleagues to meet individual and team goals

Qualifications
- High School degree or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience required
- Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience in a retail or banking environment required
- Strong listening and customer service skills
- Effectively ask questions and identify customer needs
- Ability to build relationships over the phone
- Comfortable using technology
- Ability to problem-solve and provide solutions to customer issues
- Desire to collaborate and partner with colleagues
- Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
- Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the required background checks and obtaining a Unique Identifier from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
