Requirements:
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent required, two years of teller experience in a banking environment. Must be able to withstand varying degrees of stress, must be able to attend work regularly and on time and perform position requirements with little supervision.
Must have the ability to meet and greet internal and external customers in a professional, positive manner, ability to communicate effectively, ability to function as a member of a team including participating in branch activities and displaying positive behavior. Must have the ability to be flexible by being able to adjust adeptly to changing priorities, ability to effectively provide guidance and direction to other Tellers, ability to backup Head Teller.
Must have basic computer skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), good typing skills and skilled in using a 10-key calculator.
Preferred: Four years of teller experience in a banking or related environment.
