In this role, you will:
· Ensure people supported receive clinical and habilitative services that they require on a daily and long-term basis by
· directing, planning, coordinating and leading the inter-disciplinary team.
· Ensure regulatory requirements are met, and corrective action plans are maintained and implemented.
· Review programs (i.e., behavioral, daily living, clinical, etc.) to ensure and plan for high quality services.
· Provide ongoing support to people in becoming active participants in every aspect of their lives to ensure that a
· high quality of life is maintained.
· Perform duties consistent with a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP).
We require:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field plus one (1) year experience working
· with ID/DD population required.
· QIDP experience preferred.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
· Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
