What we're looking for:

You are a curious, motivated, and passionate Senior Procurement Analyst for Supplier Value Optimization (SVO). You will be responsible for supporting the program development of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Supplier Diversity (SD), tracking Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility (S CSR) along with Supplier Sustainability (SS) efforts, performance measurement, and optimal use of third party suppliers to help meet Citrix business objectives, in alignment with HR Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Supplier Value Optimization within the Procurement Programs team, and be responsible for SVO activities on a global basis. As an Analyst you will work in concert with the Senior Manager and will be expected to contribute to all people, process, policy, and technology discussions needed to deliver SVO outcomes in accordance with the Procurement vision of “Delivering Business Solutions that Create Sustainable Value.”

Position summary:

You will be responsible for working with major internal business partners/stakeholders, all Source-To-Pay teams (Global Category Managers/ Regional Sourcing Managers, Procurement Operations, Payables and Systems teams) and external suppliers and organizations to deliver supplier-related programs aligned to Citrix values and business objectives.

You will develop tools and processes, as well as providing reporting, visibility and dashboards to meet and exceed KPI’s established for Procurement; manage and track performance of key suppliers; drive spend and track use of diverse-owned and managed firms classified as either small businesses or minority, woman, veteran, disabled veteran, LGBTQ or hub-zone owned.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reporting tools to support all aspects of the Supplier Value Optimization Function to include Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Diversity, Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility and Supplier Sustainability efforts.
• Provide regular communications / publications to Procurement team and key stakeholders regarding relevant information pertaining to SVO initiatives through spotlights and other channels.
• Support the establishment, implementation, reporting and socializing of SMART goals and objectives.
• Work closely with Procurement team members on the Supplier Relationship Management program expectations and delivery.
• Support the identification, classification, utilization and tracking of spend and contracting opportunities with small businesses and diverse suppliers including minority/woman/veteran/disabled veteran/LGBTQ/HUB Zone located, owned and operated businesses, and act as an advocate within Citrix on their behalf.
• Assist with establishing a strong network and foster collaboration with internal business partners, Tier 1 suppliers, key stakeholders, procurement team members and external organizations that promote Supplier Diversity (SD) to enhance utilization of small/diverse suppliers, and develop/provide training where necessary to accomplish this objective.
• Identify diverse suppliers for procurement team’s sourcing events by collaborating with our external organizations and utilizing existing tools.
• Assist with planning and execution of hosted events such as the Interactive Supplier Diversity Fair
• Support the Senior Manager in the establishment and effective running of a Tier 2 Supplier Diversity reporting program.
• Work closely with Procurement team members, and the Citrix internal Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability team(s) to set, and manage the criteria for Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility and Supplier Sustainability.
• Participate in (and lead where appropriate) change management and continuous improvement efforts within the Procurement function.
• Act in the support function to all day-to-day activities of the Senior Manager, Supplier Value Optimization.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role – either within Procurement or a related discipline
• Flexible, dynamic individual, capable of executing work with minimal supervision
• Proven experience of working on continuous improvement or change management projects
• Capable of juggling competing priorities
• Committed to promoting diversity within the supply base
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Six-Sigma qualifications would be beneficial

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires advanced knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management
• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years; or a PhD without experience.
