Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to follow directions and procedures
- Working knowledge of fresh fish and shellfish
- Exhibit a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours daily
- Ability to work in wet/cold enviornments
- Ability to handle and display minor knife skills for cutting fish
- Assist in stocking, storing, displaying of product
- Be a team leader with a positive attitude
- Can deliver prompt, attentive, courteous, customer service
- Availability to work any day
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, basic math skills
- Demonstrate, work and drive all aspects of running a successful seafood deli counter
