Overview of the Position:
The Contract Management Specialist III or IV position provides contract monitoring guidance and support to end users and project managers within their business unit, guides in the development of the Scope of Work (SOW), attends kickoff meetings/conferences with the vendor(s) and internal teams, ensures adherence to the City’s record retention policy, and actively monitors the CTM master contract list. This position will also be responsible for occasionally training and mentoring junior staff. This position is primarily remote, however, onsite presence is required as operational needs determine. Limited telework opportunities exist with supervisor approval. Additionally, it is important to note that this position requires the passing of a financial criminal background investigation (CBI).
