GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Under the supervision of the Streets Crew Leader and the Streets Superintendent, the Streets Laborer performs a variety of unskilled or semi-skilled street department work, and operates a variety of equipment in the construction, operation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of City street facilities and systems. This position is required to respond during emergencies and take on-call shifts as assigned during weekends and holidays. The Streets Laborer is responsible for constructing and maintaining facilities and providing services as assigned for the streets department duties.
