Hiring Salary Range: $33,097.00 - $37,951.00 Full Salary Range: $33,097.00 - $47,439.00
**Schedule may vary from 3:00 pm - 12:00 am "OR"
5:00 pm - 2:00 am based on business needs**.
The Coliseum Complex is hiring for a full-time Custodial II position. The Custodian position will be required to perform a variety of tasks related to custodial and cleaning services during facility use:
• Routine trash removal.
• Ability to work odd or unusual hours, split shifts, or holidays in preparing for or working an event.
• Ability to perform routine custodial and minor maintenance work in the cleaning and care of the facility.
• May also be responsible for acting as a custodian at the Tanger Center as needed.
This job is Non-Exempt and is subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards ActMinimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial housekeeping in a full or part-time capacity
An Ideal Candidate Would Also Possess (Preferred Qualification:
- Bi-lingual, and/or fluent in Spanish
- One year prior experience working in a public assembly facility or a comparable facility such as a hotel, airport, movie theater, etc.
- 3 years of experience in commercial housekeeping in a full or part-time capacity.
