The purpose of this class within the organization is to coordinate and monitor the use of motorized golf carts at the golf course.

Minimum Requirements
- Graduation from high school or successful completion of the GED preferred;
- Some experience in golf course operations preferred; familiarity with golf course operations; knowledge of the game of golf; knowledge of the current rules of golf; knowledge of the rules of etiquette that govern golf; ability to follow instructions;
- Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with golf course patrons; ability to be tactful, diplomatic, and firm in dealing with golf course patrons; and ability to keep accurate records.
- Must successfully pass a background check related to this position prior to any offer of employment or promotion.
- Requires shift work to include nights, weekends and holidays.
- The incumbent may be considered “essential personnel” during City emergency situations or at the direction of the City Manager which may include long hours and unusual schedules.
