Minimum Requirements
- Requires high school graduation or GED.
- Experience working in the programmatic group care of children or adults is preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire.
- Must successfully pass a Child Protective Services Check and background check related to the position prior to any offer of employment or promotion.
- This position is safety sensitive and is subject to testing for alcohol and controlled substances in accordance with the City’s current substance abuse policy.
Additional Requirements
- The incumbent may be considered “essential personnel” during city emergency situations, or at the direction of the City Manager or designee which may include long hours and unusual schedules.
