The Trial Court Division prosecutes more than 29,000 cases annually and prosecutes more than 1 in 4 jury trials in the State. -Communicate with victims, witnesses, law enforcement agencies, defense attorneys, and other criminal justice partners during the pendency of the case.
-Work closely with the Victim Advocates from the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.
