The City of Irvine seeks experienced individuals to coordinate child services and recreation programs, oversee facility operations, and provide leadership to part-time staff at various community parks. Extended Part-time: 30-32 hours per week. Future vacancies may be filled through this recruitment. This recruitment is open until filled.
Multiple positions will be filled in various sections including Child Services, Recreation Programs, Youth Programs, Facility Operations, and Athletics.
The ideal candidates possess two years of college or university level work in Education, Recreation, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field, and three years of related work experience. Interview: After a thorough review of applications, those candidates deemed most qualified as reflected in their application will be invited to an interview.
Background Check: A thorough background investigation will be conducted prior to appointment.

Part-time employees are employed "at will" and their services can be discontinued without cause.
