Nature of Work:
Performs responsible professional and administrative work monitoring and maintaining data within mission critical software (Project Management System). This position will upload project related documents and data into the project management software, while ensuring documents and data are complete and accurate. Incumbent will be responsible for the general administration of the software and maintains data integrity. This position will also provide construction software training and support to various members of the division. Knowledge of project management system is required. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Public Works Program Manager and performance is reviewed on periodic basis through both formal and informal meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration or related field and two (2) years of construction management software administrator experience required; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. e-Builder software administrator experience desired.
DRIVER LICENSE FROM ANY STATE MUST BE SUBMITTED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW. FLORIDA DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE.
