What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility & Guest Attendant - (PART-TIME) position at City of Palm Coast?
The Parks & Recreation Department is seeking a part-time Facility & Guest Attendant to join their team. Under general supervision, the essential part of this position is setting up and breaking down tables and chairs which requires constant lifting of up to 25 pounds. This is part-time position of varying hours per week mostly evenings, weekends, & holidays. This position may support public recreation activities and provide customer service involving parks, facilities, activities, and programs. Employees in this classification function at entry level to perform both routine and non-routine duties as dictated by the nature of the work promoting efficient and organized operation of departmental activities. The position will occasionally coordinate and oversee work, scheduling, fee collections and assists in maintaining facilities. Requires a High School Diploma or GED. One year of customer service, cash handling & computer skills preferred.
