General Description
Quality Assurance and Training Analysts for the City of Tucson analyze, design, develop, and implement quality assurance and training programs, processes, and procedures that improve customer satisfaction and service levels and improve the quality of life for citizens and employees.\r\n\r\n

Essential Functions
\r\n\r\nProactively plan and conduct project and product tests. Analyze\r\ntest and training data to provide stakeholders or end-users quality training\r\nsolutions for driving business performance and investigating and communicating\r\nareas for improvement in efficiency and productivity in collaboration with\r\nother ITD resources.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nCreate and maintain high quality, independent, online, video\r\nand classroom training material through product analysis and user requirements interpretation\r\nby integrating various content delivery �components from multiple sources\r\n\r\n\r\nUtilize industry-standard test and� analysis frameworks to perform quality\r\nassurance analysis, testing, planning, and direct workflows\r\n\r\nCreate and maintain project management and issue tracking\r\nsystem data as needed. Assist with bringing challenges to the forefront and monitor quality\r\ntrends.\r\n\r\nWork closely with internal and external customers to\r\nunderstand and maintain focus on their quality assurance and training needs,\r\nincluding identifying critical metrics and KPIs and delivering actionable\r\ninsights to relevant decision-makers\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION LEVEL & TYPE: Four-year\r\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent; Computer Science, Management Information Systems.\r\n\r\nEXPERIENCE: This Position requires\r\nat least one (1) year experience in/as Quality Assurance and Training Analyst\r\n
Selection Plan

The highest scoring applicants will then be invited to participate in an Oral Board Interview.��\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Virtual Oral Board Interviews will be held: October 12, 2021 \r\n\r\nUpon completion of all examination processes, the highest scoring applicants will be placed on the Civil Service Employment List.� An applicant's ranking on the Civil Service list will be based on their final score which will be calculated as:� �\r\n\r\n 20% of your rating for education and work experience \r\n 80% of your oral board interview�� \r\n\r\nThis recruitment will establish a civil service list that will be utilized to fill vacancies occurring within the next 6 months.\r\n\r\n\r\nVeterans, Native American, or Disability preference points will be added to the final score for those that are placed on the Civil Service Employment List.� If you qualify for preference points as outlined in the Employment Profile, you must present your documentation prior to your oral board interview.� The DD 214 must be a copy that indicates characterization of service.\r\n\r\n\r\nIf you are in need of Americans with Disabilities Act-related accommodation during the testing process, please email Erin Gallego at erin.gallego@tucsonaz.gov���at least 48 hours prior to the evaluation.\r\n
