Playground Program Aide
The Playground Aide will assist the Playground Leaders at all times. They will participate and encourage the kids to participate in any and all activities. Playground Program Aide Duties
Assists the playground leaders in planning and organizing activities each week. Helps organize and participates in various: arts and crafts activities, games, and all other activities. Encourages the children and adults at the playground to respect: all playground property, equipment, buildings, trees, etc. Encourages and sets a good example in behavior and dress. Discourages and reports all disruptive behavior such as: bullying, profane language, and rowdyism. Advertises and sells their playground and the park program. They get to know the kids, the families, and the neighborhood. Encourages participation of the children in any and all activities. Cooperates and encourages positive interaction between parks and leaders. Makes the playgrounds safe by following the rules. Enjoys working with people and kids!
