City Wide Franchise is actively searching for an experienced Billing Specialist to join our National Business Development team. This position is responsible for processing customer billing for our organization. This is a great opportunity for an individual with prior billing, claims submission and/or collections experience. The likely candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a great work culture that is supportive.

Essential functions

  • Consolidate Invoicing meeting unique customer requirements
  • Work with Account Managers to facilitate customer relationships
  • Work with Franchisees to process timely invoicing and payments
  • Lead collection efforts with customer invoices by providing detailed, timely, and accurate invoices.

Position Requirements

  • Prior work history of billing, claims submission, and collections.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) – Expert in Excel
  • Expert level with Pivot Tables
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
