Key Responsibilities : Proactively research and identify potential clients who can benefit from City Wide's servicesEngage in outbound sales calls, emails, and social media interactions to generate leads and set appointmentsMaintain a comprehensive and accurate record of all prospect interactions in our CRM systemCollaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for business growthMeet or exceed monthly activity and lead generation targetsEnsure timely and effective follow-up on leads to convert them into sales opportunitiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunitiesContribute to a positive and collaborative team environmentRequirements : High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferredPrior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or related rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and negotiation abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systemsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targetsHigh School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferredPrior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or related rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and negotiation abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systemsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated with a drive for achieving sales targetsA strong incentive compensation planNo weekends, nights, or holiday work;
