Job Overview
As a member of the Marketing Team, you will report to the Marketing Director. You will use your skills to design and work with the recruitment team to create compelling online strategies and campaigns that attract, engage, and retain qualified candidates. You will support the recruitment team to develop engaging, multi-channel marketing tactics to provide the best candidate experience, and clearly articulate our unique value proposition. As a Marketing Manager your focus will be to work across the organization to position CityVet as top of mind and employer of choice for Veterinarians, from new grads and lead providers, vet techs, and support team members.
As successful candidate you will have experience creating compelling holistic campaigns, including CRM drip and lead nurture message development. You will be innovative, creative, and have the ability to think strategically, with a robust working knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends. You should be a self-starter who thrives working both independently and with a team.
Responsibilities
· Create sourcing and marketing materials including both traditional and digital, social media, branding, email communications and presentations
· Develop a content marketing strategy that includes creating and curating content (blog posts, videos, infographics, employee testimonials) for website, social media, and promotional pieces.
· Work directly with the talent acquisition team to plan and implement an employer branding strategy and recruitment marketing to attract qualified candidates and meet our hiring goals.
· Lead development of drip and lead nurturing campaigns and messaging in CRM system to create the optimal structure, utilization of the platform, tracking and reporting capabilities.
· Assist with creating candidate communication and experience from first touchpoint through onboarding, ensuring that all external recruiting content is on-brand and high-quality.
· Enhance our career pages and social media profiles
· Develop monthly reports on recruitment marketing metrics and KPIs
· Report on campaign performance and key KPIs for all initiatives
· Organize and participate in job fairs and various career occasions
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of proven experience in recruitment marketing, recruiting, communications, creating omni-channel recruitment campaigns.
- Experience with developing creative and innovative strategies for websites, social media, email marketing, Google Ads, SEO and events.
- Ability to articulate strong EVP messaging across all target audiences.
- Experience developing and executing for CRM strategy with effective lead nurture campaigns.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility.
- Exceptional event planning, marketing, and management skills.
- Degree in Marketing or Communications.
