About the Job
Mid-sized insurance defense firm in Alpharetta is seeking an associate attorney to join our growing team. The attorney will work with a dedicated partner and have opportunities to conduct depositions and mediations as the positions have heavy emphasis on workers’ compensation litigation. This individual will build client relationships with insurance companies/adjusters and provide an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Licensed in Georgia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge
- Experience litigating
- Individuals with workers’ compensation defense or Public Defender, Assistant District Attorney, or Solicitor, preferred
- Outgoing personality, dynamic, and attention to details are traits desired
Notes for Recruiters
The client is looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation litigation only.
The role is completely on-site but could be made Hybrid after the first year of working at client’s firm.
There are no billables associated to the role.
