Vice President of Operations (Apparel)

Civil Clothing Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Operation with proven leader with relevant experience and skills to join our team. The VP of Operation with strong executive leadership skill with experience in daily management of an apparel Ecom company. Main focus on best in class practice by developing operating standards and procedures. The company reserves the right to add, delete or modify duties at any time with or without notice. Responsibilities including but not limited to:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic planning in managing and sustaining growth through scalable and efficient operation structure and processes
• Experience managing multi discipline groups; warehouse, Customer Service, and E-commerce
• Financial knowledge with strong achievement in cost savings covering cost of shipping with 3PL
• Strong Customer Service experience including developing operating standards with track record on increasing customer retention and minimizing returns
• Develop E-Commerce integration, product launches, and shop inventory update process with experience in Shopify, 3PL, and ERP system
• Proven track record in managing cost and successfully achieving significant cost savings
• Proven track record in developing operating procedures for growth company
• Develop and report on operational performance through KPI dashboard

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or related software
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, a people person with positive attitude
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must demonstrate ownership & responsibility to run the operation with a sense of urgency

• Willing to travel when necessary, working after hours and weekend when necessary

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• 15 years experience in managing operation successfully in apparel market
• Master Degree in Business Administration from an accredited university

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,386.13 - $150,000.00 per year
