Civility Home Care is growing and is looking for a Marketing and Sales Consultant to help us continue this growth. Your key role will be one where you develop relationships with referral partners as well as with clients that we provide services to. While the work is mostly independent on most projects, you will also collaborate with other team members to build the customer base.
This position is responsible for developing an additional territory or taking over an existing territory in an effort to increase sales and build our brand. The Marketing and Sales Consultant will do this by establishing and maintaining contacts that will develop into sales leads. They will have a strong presence in the community and actively promote the Civility Home Care brand. The Marketing and Sales Consultant will be focused solely on marketing to local healthcare providers, such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, doctors’ offices, assisted living communities and medical clinics, in addition to local businesses such as financial planners, chamber of commerce, and networking meetings, etc. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-spoken and at ease in presenting to both professional as well as community audiences.
Goal:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to help our business grow and meet its objectives.
Focus:
Create and manage marketing strategies for our products and services across multiple channels, including digital and traditional platforms.
Services/Responsibilities:
- Compile forecasting reports and comparative results.
- Review of plans, designs, content, and deployment of all marketing materials.
- Organize promotional events, PR opportunities, and news features.
- Strategize, Develop, and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
- Research market trends and insights to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to create targeted marketing strategies.
- Identify target markets and develop effective strategies for the marketing team to reach them.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Create and manage content for digital and traditional media outlets.
- Referral and Lead service of families seeking home care.
- Post each event to social media platforms (IG, Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn.)
- Share company services to communities and potential clients.
- At least new clients close each month.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED and five years of marketing and sales experience preferably in service organizations or bachelor’s degree with one year of marketing and sales experience.
- Ability to travel as needed for face-to-face marketing visits, community-based demonstrations and presenting professional in-services.
- Willing to step up to do what is necessary to take care of the clients.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Teams (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual – Spanish a plus or able to use translation apps as needed.
