Rewinder Operator

CL&D Graphics is seeking candidates for Quality Control Rewinder opportunity!
 

We are a 24/7 flexographic printing operation with opportunities on our shifts -  5:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Wednesday or Thursday through Saturday. Mandatory overtime day every other Sunday. OR 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM Sunday through Tuesday or Wednesday through Friday. Mandatory overtime every other Saturday. NO swing or rotating shifts. 

The Quality Control Rewinder Inspects printed products and pulls defective labels from press rolls. Sets up and operates product rewind machine and makes finished rolls or packages according to customer specifications.

• Perform rewind/inspection work
• Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
• Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria
• Perform quality checks and job approval/verification at press as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Prior experience not required, we will train you! 

You'll need to be able to:

• Work effectively in an active team environment.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Differentiate colors.
• Add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch.

Additional pay potential for prior print experience.
