ClaimReturn is on a mission to correct these errors, and we're excited to be opening our first office in Dallas in a matter of days! As an on-site Case Compliance Specialist, you'll work with operations to optimize case management for recovery operations to bring in overpayments for our clients. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals who enjoy analytics, compliance, quality assurance, and a fast-paced work environment. Must be an expert In Excel, reporting knowledge in Power Bi, and good business acumen with detail orientation and professionalism. Experienced team contributor, good initiative, interpersonal skills, sense of humor, and ability to handle pressure required.
This is a critical role that supports ClaimReturn by having operational acuity to analyze case management workflow for efficiencies and streamlining, assisting with problem resolving with data, performing key audits to determine production obstacles and successes, and managing operations projects in collaboration with operations. This role understands the workflow, reviews analytics, identifies bottlenecks through production audits, and translates this information into recommendations for recovery operations. This position must be able to juggle multiple deadlines and changing priorities. Key areas of responsibility are to understand case management, workflow life cycle, analytics of case management, work output audits, process improvement, and compliance within operations.
Medical or healthcare knowledge, collections, data, and operations experience required. Degree preferred.
