Lease Administration Analyst The Lease Administration Analyst position is a cross functional role in Claire’s North American Real Estate department. In-depth knowledge of the Lease Administration System and data integrity will be a focus. The analyst will be responsible for auditing data for accuracy and completeness and contribute that knowledge toward refinement of processes. They will execute and service report building for the real estate team and other departments. Procuring short term temp and storage spaces will round out the role. The analyst will also provide backup abstraction and validation to the lease administration team during times of heavy transaction volume. • Develop reports and establish periodic review through QC management. Collaborate to establish best practices ensuring accuracy and integrity of the Lease Administration data. In addition to resolving data entry discrepancies, build upon the processes and training materials for the department. • Procurement of permanent storage, temp spaces and/or storage for remodel projects as well as managing the holiday storage program • Backup for department on abstraction and validation of amendments and lease agreements into the lease administration and accounting system ensuring the accurate recording of lease data during times of heavy transaction • Coordinate and execute report building for the company for data from the global lease administration and accounting system, including scheduling and subscriptions • Certificates of Insurance - manage the distribution of store insurance certificates annually and ad hoc updates required throughout the year, including new store requests. • Critical date management of expirations, renewals, kick outs, rolling breaks, co-tenancy and the notification to stake holders as part of next steps. Send landlord correspondence when required. • On-site department administrative tasks including processing of mail (scanning, distribution, overnight packages) as well as drafting correspondence, filing and special projects as needed Qualifications About You Experience: • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 2 to 3 years in real estate with specialty retailer or retail developer/owner • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience with Lease Administration & Accounting software Knowledge: • Proficient in Office with advance Excel knowledge • Report building / design Skills / Abilities: • Problem solving and data analytics • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong planning and organizing skills • Excellent communication and attention to detail Claire's is an equal opportunity employer with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
