Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors as well as maintaining a clean and organized office.
- Performs administrative duties such as filing, typing, coping, scanning, shipping, etc.
- Completes operation requirements such as updating emergency contacts, assisting with creating project numbers, change order requests and additional overflow work from other project administrators.
- Exhibits polite and professional tasks related to organization and effective communication.
- Maintains supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needs.
This is a full-time position with 40 hours a week and overtime as needed. Hours of operation could be as early at 7:30 am and as late as 5 pm, Monday-Friday. This is NOT a remote position. Travel is not required.
