Job Description
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge in Networking, with special focus on:
Services:
- Routing.
- Switching.
- AKAMAI (Preferred).
Platforms:
- Fortinet Solutions (FW, Balancers) (Preferred).
- Brocade Switching Solutions.
- Fujitsu Switching Solutions.
- ExtremeNetworks Switching Solutions.
- Good knowledge of CyberSec.
Fluent in English.
