Marketing Coordinator
Clarity Clinic is a Mental Health organization based in Chicago, with offices in the Loop, Western, and Northern suburbs. We offer behavioral health services such as individual and family therapy, psychological assessments, and psychiatric evaluations. We are looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator who loves doing all things digital to help us build out our brand. The Marketing Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to plan and perform tasks that support our integrated marketing communications plan. This role will work closely with various internal stakeholders to execute best practices through innovative marketing methods.
What you will do:
- Facilitate and implement marketing strategies, including content marketing, advertising and email campaigns, and other projects
- Develop social media content and manage social channels
- Maintain and monitor website performance
- Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against success metrics such as click through rates, traffic, conversions and A/B testing results
- Curate, write, and design content for website and social media
- Prepare reports on marketing data to aid management in making decisions
- Support day-to-day operations including marketing campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate events
- Multitask as new projects pop up
Qualifications:
Doer attitude, proactive, resourceful, data-driven
BA / BS in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing
Experience working in WordPress
Understand SEO and Google Analytics
Graphic design skills preferred (Photoshop, Indesign, etc.)
Excellent writing and creative communications skills
Proficiency across various social platforms and management tools (SEMrush, Sprout Social, etc.)
