Clarity Partners is seeking a Business Analyst local to Chicago, IL to support various departments and enhancing the LMS framework for a large-scale client facing project.
Responsibilities:
Support different departments within the project such as the PMO, Change and Comms, Performance Management, and LMS.
Track project plans for various workstreams and report on progress.
Compile and present weekly status updates to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Change of Comms lead to create strategic communication and rollout plans.
Advise and support HR Optimization workstreams in addressing their communication needs by creating effective communication materials derived from a deliverable debrief, which includes email communications, presentation packs, infographics, distribution toolkits, and more.
Work closely with the Performance Management lead to update and review PM tools, templates, and overall process across the organization.
Develop a rollout strategy and engage stakeholders in all performance initiatives.
Assist the LMS lead in reviewing and providing recommendations for course architecture and improvements.
Create and develop a governance structure and supporting tools for the Learning Management System.
Requirements
Requirements:
5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and performance management processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills that will effectively work with different teams and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
