What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optometric Technician/Receptionist position at Clarity Vision?
Clarity Vision is a private eye care clinic that has an immediate opening for a PartTime receptionist/technician. We are looking for someone that is self efficient, has proficient customer service skills in a medical setting and can easily multitask in a busy setting . This person will be working very closely with the doctors and other technicians to provide quality eye care services to our patients. Candidate must be charismatic, self-driven, and eager to learn. We prefer individuals with at least 1 year experience in healthcare but are also willing to provide training.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Greeting patients and managing front desk
- Answering phone lines, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurances
- Performing preliminary testing (auto-refractor, lensometer, retinal camera)
- Managing contact lens inventory and providing contact lens training for new wearers

Qualifications
- Prior Healthcare Receptionist & Customer Service experience preferred
- Basic Computer Skills & typing proficiency
- Great communication skills and a compassionate personality

Job Type: Part Time to start (20-30hours). May lead to full time in the future
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
