We are seeking a senior, self-directed, inquisitive, and enthusiastic leader to join our dynamic, fast-growing team in the US. In this role, you are expected to understand, manipulate, analyze, and infer insights and trends from larger healthcare real world data assets and to articulate the same to Clarivate's RWD customers. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments • BS degree in quantitative sciences or studies with a healthcare focus • Minimum of 7 years in data management, with experience in real world data operations and analytics.Data management: Proficiency in general scripting languages including SQL Prior experience in a client-facing role performing data analysis to solve client questions, synthesizing recommendations, and communicating results to clients and/or internal teams. It would be great if you also have . . . • Post-undergraduate studies, graduate studies in a quantitative or medical discipline. • Strong proficiency in SQL or related languages, with minimum of 7 years of experience • Healthcare data experience: Demonstrated background in using healthcare data in a both a product and project setting. Relevant data types include insurance claims data (diagnoses, procedures, physician/hospital data) or electronic health records (free-text analysis, lab results). What will you be doing in this role? • Apply a mix of quantitative problem-solving skills and qualitative research to develop, design and implement data quality control methods and processes for Clarivate's real world data products. Collaborate with various teams (e.g., RWD domain experts, software developers, data analysts, and data scientists) on data initiatives and ensure optimal data delivery to clients. • Identify unexpected trends and patterns to identify possible anomalies and collaborate closely with different teams to do root cause analysis and solve data-related issues. • Work closely with the engineering team to provide analytical guidance and contribute to the codebase to build prototypes and models for new RWD driven product development. • Work closely with the domain experts to translate complex proprietary business rules and logic to scalable and optimal data process flows to enrich the RWD data product • Provide training to the clients purchasing Clarivate’s proprietary RWD products on the best practices and healthcare analysis with Clarivate’s RWD.
