What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer (Multiple Openings, Multiple Locations) position at Clark Construction Group, LLC?
Clark Construction is looking for a creative, energetic, and dedicated professional with a trained eye and the talent for producing sophisticated graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced, team environment, is adept at juggling multiple deadlines, and has at least three years of related design experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
This position is open in the following Clark locations: Seattle, WA; San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, or San Diego, CA; or McLean, VA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The design of proposal graphics and layouts, corporate presentations, and overall graphic direction and support for presentations (including presentation boards, slide decks, etc.)
Creating and producing sophisticated and high-impact graphics, illustrations, organization charts, covers, tabs, and document templates for visually appealing, distinctive, and highly effective marketing materials, proposal documents, mobile apps, websites, and presentations, all within Clark's corporate brand standards
Supporting our proposal teams by enhancing the design, layout, and flow of proposal documents and presentations using sound design principles to increase visual appeal and readability
Requirements:
BFA/BA in graphic design or related field
3 years of experience in a visual design capacity, preferably in the A/E/C industry
Must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS PowerPoint
Ability to draw and create custom graphics and illustrations in programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience designing creative, attractive, and easily readable documents utilizing sound design principles
Experience using periodical style or other unique design styles is a significant plus
Experience creating powerful and engaging slide decks with PowerPoint and Keynote
