We are currently seeking a full-time Healthcare Architect for our Lincoln, Nebraska; Omaha, Nebraska;  Kansas City, Missouri office; or Lawrence, Kansas office.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the planning, developing, and managing of projects from initial concepts through construction and project completion
• Work with and lead teams between multiple offices on a variety of healthcare project types, including hospitals, imaging centers, surgery centers, and other project types in the higher education sector (allied health, health sciences, research hospitals, cancer centers, veterinary medicine, etc.)
• Assist with marketing and developing strong relationships with existing clients and new client leads

Qualifications:

• Licensed architect with  10 years of healthcare experience 
• EDAC certification preferred, but not required
• Strong business development experience with a network of existing client relationships
• Ability to grow, lead, and maintain existing and new client relationships
• Ability to lead and mentor multi-disciplinary staff who express an interest in the healthcare market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to clearly communicate design ideas
• Ability to coordinate work efforts between multiple internal disciplines and external consultants
• Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, and other design communication tools
• Ability to oversee the documentation of projects
