Intake Administrator
Clark Hill PLC is seeking an Intake Administrator for its Grand Rapids office. The Intake Administrator is responsible for providing records administrative support including but not limited to the detailed review and processing of new business intake documentation; written and verbal interactions with attorneys and other operations personnel and the accurate management of information within the records database.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department or records/intake department is a plus.
- Responsible for the review and opening of new clients/matters.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Elite Enterprise Records Management software and Intapp Open New Business Intake Application or similar is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) is a must.
- Strong attention to detail along with organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Action oriented, results driven and a team player.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and to identify down-time projects.
- Ability to work overtime when necessary.
