Collaboration with the Audit team will see you engaged in generating reports and contributing to a range of projects that support our firm's goals.

This role can be a hybrid or in-office schedule with a minimum of 3 days in the office. Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Some essential job functions are but not limited to :
Process audit confirmations for the Audit and Assurance Group following prescribed processes and procedures, including but not limited to, preparation, distribution, tracking and research.
Monitor and track QC completion to ensure dockets and binders are finalized according to CN standards and jobs are rolled forward in STAR.
Respond to internal program and processing questions and inquires throughout the engagement cycle, provide ongoing status updates, information, education, and support for audit team members, and offer assistance and guidance during the implementation of new processes and procedures.
Provide secondary back up to other audit administrative team members with the following : Master Services Agreement / Statement of Work tracking and processing, client Financial Statement formatting to ensure timely and accurate production of statements, Edit and / or created PowerPoint slides and presentation as requested, prepare draft financials in PDF format and miscellaneous backup as needed.
Provide secondary backup support to the audit teams for preparation of various on-line data submissions including Data Collection Form (DCF) and Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC).
Education : High school diploma; or a combination of education and directly related work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience : 2 years progressively responsible experience providing administrative support to multiple constituents.
Pay Rate Range : $25.86 per hour minimum to $38.80 per hour maximum pay range
