Class Valuation is seeking a 3D Scan Property Inspector to join our network of 1099 Independent Contractors to perform Property Inspections using 3D Scan technology for our mortgage lending clients.
Duties
- Receive orders directly on your phone
- Schedule an appointment within 36 hours of receiving the order
- Using an iPhone 10 - 13 Pro, takes 360 images of homes
- Make note of any condition items that may impact the value of a home.
- Submit the order before leaving the property
Pay: $75 for each completed scan, 1099 Independent Contractor Status
Location(s) Needed: Clay County, MO
(These markets are currently in the process of opening and volume might be inconsistent for the first several months)
Job Specifications
- Virtual training provided
- Availability Needed: Full time or part time (weekends highly preferred) during daylight hours
Requirements
- Must own and navigate proficiently an iPhone 10 - 13pro to perform job duties with an unlimited data plan
- Must have an active, state issued Driver’s License
- Must have reliable transportation & proof of insurance
- Purchase a Criminal Background Check
- Purchase your own tripod
- Willing to travel and complete assignments in all weather conditions
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally with team and homeowners
- Adapt and utilize technology
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $75.00 per hour
