- 3 years of Management Experience in a Home Services Field (Ideally HVAC, but we are open to Plumbing or Electrical backgrounds)
- Proven ability to build, motivate, and train a high-performing team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with stellar interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- A competitive spirit and an unyielding desire to succeed.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- $150,000 /year salary plus bonus opportunity to earn as much as $300k your first full year!
