Position Overview:

We are looking for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper for our Atlanta offices located in Alpharetta, Georgia. Main elements of this position would include management of operations, shift scheduling assisting, customer management, bookkeeping, employee engagement/meeting planning, and other related tasks.

About Us:

Classic Commercial Services is a Commercial Cleaning Company in business for over 44 years. Our clients include hotels, restaurants, offices, retail, entertainment, and more. We do not offer janitorial services but the more specialized deep cleaning services for your carpet, tile/grout, upholstery, drapery, etc. We also have an emergency water damage division, WaterGone, which offers 24/7 flood damage cleanup.

Responsibilities for this position would include:

  • Scheduling Assist and Daily operations
  • Update customer account records in CRM
  • Updating tracking reports and emailing to customer
  • Confirmation calls/email/texts
  • Review previous day/night jobs & work orders, invoice services, handle any problems/issues with customers with resolutions.
  • Oversee employee requests for vacation, time off and any other personal or CCS related issues; also manage time clock for accuracy and time management.
  • Handle sales calls from task lists. Make sure nothing is overlooked or left past due for scheduling, calls, etc.
  • Upsell whenever possible

Job/Background Requirements:

  • Highly Organized, Self-Motivated, & Great Attitude
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
  • QuickBooks Experience - 2 Years
  • Great computer skills with ability to learn new software with ease.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Staff Management Experience – 2 Years
  • Customer Service Experience – 2 Years
  • Excellent Typing Skills
  • Spanish Speaking a plus!
