Under direction of the CFO, the HIM Manager has primary responsibility for functions of the HIM department, which includes: coding, budgeting, monitoring, analyzing, planning, directing and educating staff, HIPAA and privacy.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in overseeing the HIM functions of Clay County Hospital and Medical Clinics in line with CCH’s mission, vision and values.
Education Requirements: Graduate of an HIM Technology program, BS preferred; RHIT or RHIA certification is required. A minimum of 3 years management experience is required.
