We are a state licensed and compliant cannabis distribution company in Perris, California. As a distributor, we package, label, receive, and deliver products for cannabis brands all across the state. We are seeking several packaging associates.

2nd Shift Cannabis Packaging Associate: assemble, weigh, label, package, and seal cannabis products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- An employee must be able to work well independently, as well as with others.
- An employee must be able to adapt to the various strains, styles, and types of marijuana they are working with; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
- Time management: employees must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products.
- An employee must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals.
- Every employee must show up on time for work every day, ready to work.
- Employees must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company and the state while processing marijuana.
- Packaging staff is responsible for cleaning up all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

Qualifications/Requirements

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation
- must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- requires the ability to sit or stand for 8 hours per day,
- must be 21 years of age
- $16.50 (includes $.50 shift differential) to start......pay rate increase after 90 days:
- eligible for health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance) within 60 days after start date.
- 401K including company match after 90 days of employment.

Packaging hours are 3:30 p.m. to 12 a.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional daily mandatory overtime including possibly Saturday.
