Position Summary: The PM is responsible for supervising allphases of the manufacturing process, working directly with Operations Teams andother members of the facility leadership team.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead large groups of people and focus ondeveloping a culture of accountability working as a team
• Be safety minded and ability to put Safety 1st - must adhereto strict safety rules and guidelines
• Reviewing production performance and identifying trainingopportunities of production personnel as necessary
• Direct teams effectively in each department to ensuretimelines and production priorities are met
• Provide sound leadership, coaching, mentoring, and directionfor personnel development and employee engagement
• Improve production processes for the purpose of improvingoverall quality, reducing lead-times, and lowering costs of operations byutilizing Lean Manufacturing methods, 6S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Total QualityManagement, etc. applications where necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Associate/bachelor's degree in business preferred
• Minimum 5 years relevant management experience
• Previous construction experience strongly preferred
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills at alllevels
• Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as basic math skills
• Must be detail-oriented and can multi-task effectively
• Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in achanging, fast-paced work environment

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling,pushing, and / or pulling.
• Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email,and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.
• Work environment is not temperature controlled and mayresult in exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Work primarily involves sitting / standing, up to 4 hours ata time.
