Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall project on-site management.
- Ongoing communication with owners and project managers
- Ensure quality control and compliance with the project plans and specifications.
- Plan short term and long term schedule requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate on site safety needs/requirements
- Efficiency minded, implementing overall time saving ideas and stratagies
- Report all employee time cards along with production tracking
- Travel may be required, all expenses paid by employer
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience in bridge/bridge rehab construction.
- Able to work in physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to travel, typically within Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa
- Proficiency in hand tools and construction equipment.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid drivers license.
- Class A or B commercial drivers license is a plus.
- NCCCO certification is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
