Provide leadership in all aspects of the Practical Nursing, Associate Degree Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistant and Trained Medication Aide programs at Central Lakes College.Coordinate faculty schedules and work assignments for nursing faculty.Serve as liaison between the Nursing programs, regional, state, and national agencies as well as with professional organizations and nursing professors.Manages the budgets for the nursing programs and prepares appropriate reports.Facilitate the development, revision and evaluation of curriculum.Coordinate and oversee accreditation processes.Participate in hiring process of program faculty and CLAs.Oversee and instruct students in a variety of theory, clinical lab settings.Deliver classroom, web enhanced and/or online course instruction.
