We’re a different kind of climate tech VC firm : we lean into complex technologies, we transform strong technical teams into strong commercial teams, and we have a 20-year track record of investments.
We invest in multifaceted often hardtech solutions that will enable decarbonization at massive scale, then provide hands-on guidance to drive our startups’ successes.
Our team is transparent, growth-oriented, and inclusive. We believe in the work we’re doing to help save the planet and the power of the technologies and people we invest in.
Position Description

You will be on the frontlines : engaging with startup founders and team members while understanding what services and programming we can develop for them to help reduce risk and accelerate scale.
You’ll also manage the growth of our firm’s brand in the U.S. and Europe, running marketing campaigns, planning and executing our conference strategy, developing content, and working directly with our PR team.
If you love driving results, spreading knowledge, and bringing people together, this could be a great role for you.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

- Manage and expand the collection of expert and industry content we make available to our portfolio companies, including resource libraries, ESG tools, sector-specific research reports, expert interviews, and more.
- Monitor the performance of our post-investment platform and create ways for our entire team to expand their capabilities in supporting our portfolio companies.
- Lead the firm's marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, public relations, and event coordination.
- Work with our PR firm to grow our brand visibility and showcase the success stories of our portfolio companies in the U.S. and Europe.
- Manage our website and publicly available online tools, including our Simple Emissions Reduction Calculator.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral for team presentations, investor relations, and fundraising.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability, project management, product management, or marketing.
- Willing to learn about new sectors and technologies and have an ability to distill complex messages into compelling stories.
- A track record of developing engaging and on-brand social media and thought leadership content, with tangible examples to showcase your skills.
- Strong understanding of brand and marketing best practices and demonstrated ability to set strategies, execute, and deliver results.
- Proven experience in project management with many examples of on-time, on-budget execution.
- Experience managing outside partners, such as developers, designers, event and facility managers, writers, PR firms, and web developers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with marketing and project management software tools (Hubspot, Wordpress, Affinity, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
We provide competitive and holistic compensation to all our team members, including :
