Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Inspector / Administrator to join the Project Services Organization.
Opportunity
  • Work and learn under the guidance of Administration professionals.
  • Gain experience in remediation, environmental construction, and waste management.
  • Learn about Health & Safety and how it applies to office and field environments.
  • Assist in the development of reports, manuals, agendas, and other project documents.
  • Develop financial, disposal, and other logs required to track the progress of projects.
  • Manage purchase orders, vendor invoices, and other financial aspects of projects.
  • Acquire transportation and disposal knowledge throughout the shipment process.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for field and other team members.
  • Full-time hourly position, Monday through Friday, 40-hours plus per week.
Competencies:
  • Work in a team environment and follow the direction of senior management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior transportation, disposal, and data entry experience preferred.
  • Proficient with computers, printers, copiers, web navigation, MS Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to learn new systems, software, and other skillsets.
Physical Requirements:
  • Requires standing or sitting for extended periods of time, viewing computer monitors, acuity, grasping, reaching, stooping, crouching, and walking, typing.
  • Requires speaking, listening, understanding, and writing English; color determination, depth perception, clarity of vision, and 20/20 eyesight (corrected or uncorrected).
  • Maintains a clean and organized work environment, and a clean personal appearance. Facial hair must comply with the companies’ facial hair policy at all times.
Other Conditions:
  • Comply with all Clean Harbors’ policies and procedures.
  • Complete an employment application and satisfy all employment requirements, including a drug screen and background clearance.
  • Provide a certified driving record and be approved to operate company vehicles.
Must always demonstrate a professional standard of conduct.

Employment is contingent upon a successful background check and drug screen. Some positions also require a pre-hire medical exam. Must meet all work eligibility requirements. Environmentally-responsible business.
