Clean Harbors in Hopewell, VA is looking for a Laborer known internally as an Environmental Technician, to join their safety-conscious team! The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of tasks associated with emergency response, environmental waste clean-up, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Health and Safety are the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Performing emergency response activities including, but not limited to chemical and water spills, etiological and biological contamination, tank cleaning and equipment decontamination, etc.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
- A valid Driver’s license is required.
- Experience in construction, landscape, sewer, or related field preferred but will train.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
