Responsibilities
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
- Prepare reconciliations of balance sheet accounts that are more complex in nature and/or require use of judgment; summarize and explain month-to-month, year-to-year and budget to actual changes.
- Support the business regarding prepaids, accruals, revenues, expenses, etc. and other journal entry or monthly questions that arise.
- Prepare financial information included in footnotes and management's discussion and analysis of 10Qs and 10Ks
- Act as liaison to external auditors for quarterly and annual filings.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager, other internal departments, and third-party vendors to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Assist management with Ad Hoc projects.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CPA in process preferred
- 3 years in public accounting or public/private mix
- Experience in Oracle ERP a plus
