The Opportunity:
As a Warehouse Technician you will be responsible for shipping and receiving containerized waste as well as loading and offloading of hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all time
- Monitors and ensures that all key deadlines are met, and proper follow-up is implemented to ensure appropriate drum transfer compliance requirements
- Follows proper DOT procedures for loading and offloading of trucks on a daily basis
- Moves chemicals in drums, containers, totes or cylinders into to the warehouse via forklift and palletizes
- Communicates to management any issues related to compliance, DOT or other issues that could impact the business and compliance
- Forklift experience a plus, will train
- Previous warehouse / material handling experience preferred
- Must be flexible to start at either 5:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.
- Monday - Friday with occasional weekend work
- Must be a team player
- Overtime required based on business need, often with minimal notice

- Previous experience handling hazardous waste and/or chemicals preferred
